  • To begin designing your templates, we’ll need your branding elements such as logos and brand colors, along with a general idea of the desired template content. These elements ensure we can create customized templates that perfectly align with your brand identity and objectives.

  • Canva is a popular, free-to-use online graphic design tool. It allows full editing capabilities, so once we share the templates with you, you can add your own text, images, adjust colors, and more. Yes, you will need a Canva account to customize the templates.

  • No, we design your custom template with placeholder text (lorem ipsum) and images. After we provide you the templates, you can easily replace these placeholders with your specific content.

  • Once you approve your template designs, we’ll share a custom link for you to access them on Canva. Simply use your computer or phone to edit the designs with your content—it’s that easy!

  • We encourage brands to have their brand style prepared (fonts, colors, etc.). However, we offer branding services if you need assistance in developing or refining your brand identity.

  • The final templates will be delivered in Canva.

  • Absolutely! Once your Canva templates are completed, they become entirely yours. You’ll have complete ownership, including all files and content related to the templates. This gives you the freedom to update and modify them as needed to keep your designs fresh and relevant.

  • This offer is exclusive to first-time participants. If you’re a returning client, we recommend exploring our regular design services for more customization options.

  • To qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee, you must allow us to complete our allocated revisions. If you’re still not satisfied with the results after the final review, and before receiving the editable template links, we’ll refund your payment. Please note, retracting the service will result in the loss of access to the Canva files we created.

  • Our Brand Design Accelerator program offers set packages designed for efficiency and effectiveness. We do not offer customizations at this level, as our regular design services are better suited for tailored projects.

  • After completing the program, we’ll provide you with a tutorial to help you start using your templates immediately or to share with your team. We’re here to answer any questions that arise, and if you need further design services in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
